How AlphaDesk protects your property decisions.
AlphaDesk is used for one high-stakes decision: whether to commit a large amount of your money to a property. That means our data, document, AI and independence policies matter — and they must be written in language you can hold us to.
AlphaDesk earns from the buyer paying for a Property Verdict or an advisory session. It does not accept builder-side commissions, placement fees or preferred-partner payouts that could influence scoring. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the Conflicts page before anything else.
The property details you type into AlphaDesk are stored with your decision record so you can return to it later. They are not sold, and they are not shared with builders or brokers for lead generation.
- You can delete a saved decision at any time from My Properties.
- Anonymous verdicts have their contact fields stripped on every read path (server-side whitelist).
- Sessions are token-based with a 7-day expiry.
When you upload a document (sale deed, khata, EC, RERA project brochure or cost sheet), AlphaDesk reads it only to answer the specific readiness question you asked. Documents are stored in AlphaDesk's private object storage with signed access URLs.
- Documents are not used to train third-party models.
- Access is scoped to your user account.
- You can request deletion of an uploaded document from your workspace.
AlphaDesk uses large language models (Claude Sonnet family and OpenAI equivalents, delivered through Emergent's key infrastructure) to produce narrative explanations and to help with document scanning. Every material factual claim in an AI answer either cites AlphaDesk's own dataset or is labelled as an inference.
- LLM output is scrubbed for defamatory language and unverifiable specifics before it reaches you.
- AlphaX conversations remain per-user and are not shared into third-party training pipelines.
- AI narrative is versioned and can be regenerated on demand.
Every Property Verdict carries an AlphaScore model version, a dataset version and a benchmark version. If the underlying methodology changes, older verdicts remain readable at the version they were generated on. Nothing is silently overwritten.
Every research page (Bengaluru area, builder, project) has a Report a data issue button. AlphaDesk reviews submissions, and — where accepted — updates the record with a corrections history so the change is auditable.
You can delete individual decisions from My Properties, and you can request a full-account data deletion by writing to the contact address in the footer. AlphaDesk removes personal identifiers and uploaded documents within 30 days of confirmation.
AlphaDesk provides research, calculations and indicative decision support. It is not a substitute for a legal title opinion, a formal valuation, tax advice, or a lender's own credit assessment. AlphaDesk does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any external security certification; when it does, it will list the certificate details here.
