Conflict of interest policy

How AlphaDesk handles commercial relationships.

Independence is what makes a buyer-side report worth paying for. This page documents exactly how AlphaDesk keeps its research and scoring insulated from any commercial account or partnership. If we cannot honestly say something on this page, we do not do it.

AlphaDesk is buyer-side. Only.

AlphaDesk earns from three revenue streams: (1) Property Verdicts purchased by buyers, (2) buyer-side advisory sessions, (3) enterprise API subscriptions from banks, wealth managers and advisors. It does not accept builder-side commissions, placement fees or preferred-partner payouts. If that ever changes, the change and its terms will be published on this page before it takes effect.

Commercial relationships do not alter scoring

AlphaScore weights, corridor benchmarks, builder track record, legal readiness rules and negotiation logic are set in the Methodology document and versioned. No commercial account with AlphaDesk (including any advertising, enterprise or advisory arrangement) can cause a score, verdict or reason code to change outside that documented model.

Existing affiliations

AlphaDesk is operated by DesiAcres Advisory Group, a RERA-registered real-estate advisory firm (ACK/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/250425/006139). DesiAcres offers buyer-side advisory as a separate paid service. When AlphaDesk recommends speaking to an advisor, the advisor may be a DesiAcres consultant — this is disclosed at the point of handoff, and buyers can decline without affecting their AlphaDesk report.

No sponsored placements in verdicts

AlphaDesk does not offer a paid path to raise a builder's credibility band, hide a red flag, remove a reason code, or promote a project inside another property's alternative-suggestions list. Alternatives shown to a buyer are ranked by AlphaScore against that buyer's inputs — never by commercial arrangement.

Builders can correct data — not change opinions

Any builder can submit a data correction via the Report a data issue button on their public research page. AlphaDesk reviews the submission, updates the underlying record with corrections history where accepted, and re-runs any dependent calculations. The correction affects the data, not the scoring rules themselves.

Contact / grievance

If you believe an AlphaDesk score, reason code or research page has been influenced by a commercial relationship, please write to the Grievance Officer via the contact address in the footer. We publish accepted disclosures and material corrections on this page.
