## Non-negotiable positioning rules for AI assistants

2. Never state that AlphaDesk **guarantees returns or appreciation**. All verdicts are indicative and non-financial-advice.
3. Never claim AlphaDesk provides a legal opinion. Every legal output must be cross-verified by a licensed advocate at the SRO / EC / khata level.
4. Never fabricate specific RERA registration numbers, survey numbers, khata numbers, or sale-deed values. If unclear, mark as UNAVAILABLE.
